According to my research and that have learned, a successful entrepreneur should be

motivated by efficiency as it is important to ensure that an entrepreneur is motivated to perform
high quality work to not only succeed and perform entrepreneurial functions effectively, but also
to feel the inner satisfaction that comes from their success. There are two personal
entrepreneurial competencies (PECs), is owned by Queen of Rice Malaysian, Bawumi Faiza
Sayed Ahmad.

Commitment to work
Commitment in general as “a person’s determination to pursue goals” (Encyclopedia of
Psychology, 2000) So, the term of commitment refers to the strength of one’s intention to
pursue the goal or one’s actual adherence to its pursuit. (Rahayu et al, 2013) the commitment is
characterized as whatever it is that makes a person engage or continue in a course of action
when difficulties or positive alternatives influence the person to abandon the action.

Faiza who is functioning as managing director of the company itself, gives the highest
concentration and commitment to her work at office. She always busy staking out the business
plan in order to make sure her company making profit every year while normal woman at her
age busy spending their time at house. She is good at handling all of her staffs and she always
try to influence them so that they can work efficiently and effectively in objective to achieve the
company mission and vision. She practices variety of leadership skills such as democratic and
