PENALTY CLAUSE
We do not accept any penelty clause on spare part orders

WARRANTY
The products manufactured by us are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of
12 months from the date of supply. Seller is not responsible for any damage due to mishandling,
misuse of the products by the purchaser or its authorised representative.

/Sub Contractor’s works, on the date the goods have been consigned to the Purchaser and
a delivery Receipt has been obtained by the Vendor.

INSPECTION AT OUR WORKS

Our Quality Systems are cetified to ISO 9001 standards. Should you find pre-despatch
pre-despatch inspection necessary, we shall forward inspection call with a request to complete
despatch clearance formalities within 15 days from the date of such inspection call.

In case of inspection being carried out by you before despatch, we shall not be in a position to
reserve the goods for more than 15 days from the date of our advice to you that the goods are
ready. If inspection is not carried out by this time we are at liberty to despatch the material to
you without inspection.

Inspection of all systems will be only in accordance with our standard inspection criteria for
individual items / systems.

The delivery schedule shall be suitably extended if the following Force Majeure conditions affect
the Vendor / major Sub Contractors
- Acts of GOD.
- Fires, Epidemics, Floods, Riots, Wars.
- Sabotage, Strikes, Lock-outs.
- Any Act of Government Bodies / Institutions / Law Enforcing Agencies.
- Changes in the Government’s Import Policy relevant to Vendor’s imported inputs.
- Any situation beyond the reasonable control of Vendor / Vendor’s major Sub Contractors.
