Person: Good morning Taal Vista Hotel Reservation! This is Aaron speaking. How can I help you?

Customer: Yes, I’D like to reservation a room for three please

Person: before we proceed to the reservation process, may I know who is on the line?

Customer: Am Glenda Macatangay

Person: could you spell your first name for me, please?

Customer: sure. G-L-E-N-D-A, M-A-C-A-T-A-N-G-A-Y

Person: Thank you for the information. Ms. Macatangay, may I know which date you would like to make
your reservation

Customer: I’m planning to visit tagaytay on 7 until 10 th of December, do you have any vacancies?

Person: Yes. We have several rooms available for those particular days; may I know what types of rooms
Ms. Macatangay you would like to stay?

Customer: Do you have any suggestion for me?

Person: How about a deluxe Queen, this only room availability on the 7 of December

Customer: UH. OK, that is fine.

Person: Maybe you didn’t know that we have new room rates, Do you find that acceptable, Ms.
Macatangay

Customer: please tell me the price, so I can make decision

Person: For a deluxe queen we have it at PHP.10, 000 but now 55% off today the price will be only PHP.
4,550, Ms. Macatangay per room per night

Customer: that’s a reasonable price,

Person: now, as for the room, do you prefer smoking or non smoking so is a queen- size bed okay?

Customer: A queen sounds great, but definitely nonsmoking, I can’t handle that smell

Person: now, would you prefer to have a room with the view of Garden?

Customer: if that type of room is available, I would love to have Garden view

Person: GREAT. Would you like to confirm your reservation Ms. Macatangay?
Customer: Yes, I would like to confirm the reservation.

Person: can I have the name of the person who will be staying Ms. Macatangay

Customer: Me, Ms. Franco, and Mr. Belbez

Person: Your reservation is now verified. So all I need to know is your phone number

Person: let me repeat that: 0951-1509-964, Ok. Ms. Macatangay, how will the bill be settled?

Customer: Do you accept payment via credit cards?

Person: Yes. Ms. Macatangay, now I’ll need you credit card information. To reserve the room for you,
what type of card is it?

Person: and what is the name of the card holder?

Customer: Glenda Macatangay

Person: alright Ms. Macatangay your reservation has been made for the 7 until 10 th of December, for a
deluxe queen with a queen size bed and of course with a view of the Garden, our bills will be settled via
master card, amounting 13,650. Check in is at 5 O’clock, is that correct Ms. Macatangay

Customer: Yes, that’s all correct

Person: we wish to inform you’re about our 6:00 policy, please be advised that you have to check in not
later than 6pm, otherwise the hotel reservation the right to give the room to waitlisted client.

Customer: Noted! Thank you for information me

Person: My Pleasure! Is there anything I can do for you, Ms. Macatangay?

Customer: No. thanks you. That would be all
