Patient : Well, I feel like always want to throw up get dizzy. I barely eat any food lately, and what I eat is
always thrown up and I feel like I do not want to eat. It is worst especially in the morning.

Midwife jasma : That’s what we call morning sickness. It’s a common thing

that happens during the first trimester of pregnancy. So how is it now? Do you still have morning
sickness?
Patient : Yes Midwife jasma, I still have that morning sickness.

Husband patient : It is normal midwife jasma?

Midwife jasma : Yes It is. It will be over after your wife have her second trimester.

Husband patient : Alhamdulillah, that is all is normal condition

Midwife jasma : Alright, let me check your vital signs Mrs.Dayan I will check your blood pressure,
temperature and respiration rate, and your pulse

Midwife jasma : First of all, roll your sleeve up please? I will measure your blood pressure.

Patient : Alright, like this?

Midwife jasma : Yes, that’s right….Well your blood pressure is 120 / 80 MmHg, you have normal blood
pressure. Further please put this thermometer in your arm pit, wait for some minutes.

Patient : Alright.

Midwife jasma : It’s 36℃, Now let me have your wrist please. Your pulse is 80x/minutes. Now please
stand on this scale…Ok, It’s 55 kg. ok now have seat down please.

Husband patient : So, how many times my wife checks her pregnancy?

Midwife jasma : Examination in pregnancy at least 4 times during pregnancy. 1 time at gestation age
before 3 months. 1 times 4 to 6 months' gestation. and 2 times at 7 to 9 months' gestation.

Husband patient : Oh yeah, What to avoid of my wife during pregnancy?

Midwife jasma : During pregnancy the mother should not work hard, smoke or exposure to cigarette

13  2013. She had never used any contraceptive method. Menarche when she

Wawancara penerimaan dilakukan oleh Bidan Eka pada tanggal 10 Juli 2013.
Pasiennya adalah Ibu Fatima, 35 tahun, muslim, menikah, guru, Javanes. Alamatnya
di nakulo st 26, medan, masalahnya kontraksi rahim setelah bekerja sejak 3 hari lalu.
Memiliki 1 orang putra berumur 3 tahun, lahir tanggal 5 Maret, sehat, bidan mandiri,
normal, cukup bulan. Berat badannya 3000 gram. Sekarang Ibu Fatima sedang hamil,
menstruasi terakhir pada 13 Maret 2013. Dia tidak pernah menggunakan alat
kontrasepsi apapun. Menarche waktu umur 13 tahun, tidak pernah bermasalah, teratur
tiap bulan,
