Introduction
This research work is a feasibility study for the creation of the company MUFFIN

INTREGRAL ; taking into account that at present there is no company that is dedicated to

the production and commercialization of said product, this being a new alternative for the

celebration of festivities or social events.

With this business option you want to innovate in the market which is currently not so

competitive in this location.

Muffins are small individual portion cakes covered in frosting made for the first time in

England and designed to be enjoyed on different occasions for no reason or no reason.

development of an innovative, delicious and affordable product called Wholemeal Muffin.


Problem Statement

The current market offers a large number of food options to people when it comes to pastry

products in this case Muffins, which have various types and presentations, which satisfy

final consumers, however, staying economically active In this sector it is something that

entails many risks, among which are: not having good acceptance of the product, few

customers, epidemics, as well as the possible insecurity that the sector might present, which

will affect the recovery of the investment, because the environments are constantly

changing such as modernization of public works, educational centers and infrastructures.

In the town of Venice, there are currently no companies dedicated to making whole meal

muffins, despite the fact that these types of products can be found in bakeries or in informal

sales, there is no company dedicated to making and distributing of these, therefore, it

generates that their consumption is not frequent. With the aforementioned, it is sought to

carry out a feasibility study and thus implement the creation of the MUFFIN INTREGRAL

micro-company, taking advantage of the fact that there is currently no direct competition.
Problem formulation

How feasible can the creation of the Muffin Integral Company?


Justification

The project is carried out in order to study the feasibility of creating a company dedicated

to the production of homemade Whole Wheat Muffins, as well as to know the documents

and requirements that are needed to create a company of this type. Currently there are

entities that financially support entrepreneurs, such as SENA, Chamber of Commerce,

among others, which make it easier to create a SME. This is achieved based on several very

well structured projects, which compete with others, in order for these entities to invest in

them. Muffins are also identified as products of frequent consumption, they represent a

good demand potential since consumers use them in celebrations and social events. With

this business option it is desired to generate employment contributing to the economy of the

sector, knowing that in this town there is no direct competition, it is more viable to be well

accepted by customers and thus obtain more income.


Market Study: Whole Wheat Muffins

The objective of this study is to analyze what will be the impact on the market with the

launch of the Whole meal Muffins product, for this the survey tool is used, which will give

us a real picture of the success that the product may have.

All the products are available for the purchase of people of strata 2, 3 and 4, taking into

account their tastes and preferences; therefore, they will have a wide variety of quality

pastry products at affordable prices.

The survey was conducted with people of different ages and genders, this is aimed at

any type of person because the purpose is to have customers of all kinds, since the product

is totally organic and very healthy, it is ideal for people who nowadays they worry about

the care of their body and health.

With this it is possible to know the opportunities, weaknesses, strengths and threats that

allow to develop a successful project, applying what has been learned about marketing and

using the necessary tools to carry out this market analysis.

The collection method used is primary because it provides us with real, accurate and

authentic information, using a qualitative approach since it focuses on emotions, words and

other elements: additionally, as previously mentioned, the instrument used is the survey.
With the study carried out by Mr. Albert Roberts, an expert in marketing, where he tells us

that there are several shopping centers, here I see the potential for the product since by

concentrating so many people in them, said Muffins could be offered, in addition to that

they do not have time to cook And when they celebrate their important dates they do not

buy in restaurants because of how expensive it is, but the product that is going to be offered

will be at a very affordable price for anyone and finally they talk about the fact that there is

a gym where people exercise this means that they take care of their diet and the product

that is being offered is very healthy.
