INTRODUCTION

This marketing report of Packaging and Packaging Systems is based on the collection and
analysis of the data extracted from the diagnoses made.
Our company is based on an environmentally friendly business model DISTRIENVASES
BIOPLANET, is a company created in order to market disposable products made from
biodegradable material.
One of our main focuses is to cover a large part of the packaging sector and to be able to
market disposable products which are made of biodegradable material that is easy and fast
decomposition, do not affect ecosystems since they become fertilizer. This way we avoid
continuing to contribute to the pollution and ecological damage caused by elements made
of plastic and icopor.
DIAGNOSTIC OF THE PROBLEM

1. Dificultades at the time of purchasing our packaging


We analyzed in our study of the first phase that the merchants of prepared food
establishments and consumers are aware of the need to implement the use of
biodegradable disposable containers, without embargo present difficulties at the
time of acquiring these containers since there is no great variety of distributors that
are dedicated to the commercialization of these products and the few
establishments there do not cover the current demand.

2. Have an affordable price


By having few companies that manufacture these containers, the costs of them
become a little higher, since they are in good demand.

3. Shortages in biodegradable packaging production


One of our obstacles are the few national companies dedicated to the production of
such containers, to the existence of few companies that manufacture these we present
shortages in some areas of the country.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Companies in general must adapt to new situations imposed by reality and not only crises,
but also periods of success that cause changes to which it will necessarily be necessary to
adapt according to the need.
Taking into account the situation experienced in 2020 and currently generated a high
demand in the acquisition of disposable containers, the effects of this process caused an
increase in costs and demand in the production of each of the traditional lines of these
products.
A scenario such as the one described requires the design and implementation of market
expansion strategies.
So far, the absence of an appropriate marketing strategy leads us
as a company to seek different actions to strengthen promotion, advertising and changes
in marketing channels, since they have currently facilitated administrative processes
however, they do not give a potential response in the identification of new markets

2. Customers avoid incurring travel expenses to look for new packaging options.
3. Difficult positioning in the market due to the habit of consuming disposables of
plastic origin because they are cheaper, there is great variety and ease of
acquisition.

Strategies:

1. A weekly follow-up will be carried out where our company will be in charge of
communicating with our clients in order to promote several aspects:

1. We will keep an eye on all our customers and help them ensure they never run out
of packaging.

2. We will avoid that the customer has to travel to buy our products.

3. A number of discounts and benefits will be given to customers who place their order
when called by our advisors.

4. We will create a referred plan; all our active customers will have a code and for each
customer they refer and their code both will be creditors of a series of discounts and
benefits.

5. Expand the product portfolio in order to teach customers to give them a second use.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The general objective of the marketer "DISTRIENVASES BIOPLANET" is the distribution of
biodegradable packaging, on a large scale, reaching the consumer directly to its
establishments with a wide, diverse and economical portfolio, with immediate availability
and timely delivery.
Thus, seek to position ourselves in the market as a unique, exclusive, efficient and avant-
garde company with excellent customer service.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
1. Create strategic alliances with national companies dedicated to the manufacture of
these elements with the aim of acquiring at a better price which will be reflected in
a lower and more comfortable cost for the consumer.
2. Create aggressive marketing strategy to be able to cover most establishments
dedicated to the sale of prepared meals
3. Create a logistics strategy to make timely delivery of requested orders
4. Creation of a virtual portfolio of products which will be shared in applications such
as WhatsApp and others of its nature to facilitate the customer to know the
characteristics, prices, sizes and diversification of the products in order to expedite
their orders and prompt delivery
5. Creation of awareness campaigns on the damage caused by the indiscriminate use
of products made from plastic and polystyrene.
6. Create as an incentive some plates granted to establishments where they are
identified as contributors to the care of the environment
7. Create campaigns, ads, offers, portfolios on social networks.
✓ Staff able to present topics such as the benefits of using biodegradable disposable
products and how to contribute to the preservation of the environment.
