of Opal and Winn-Dixie. Writing Using Opal the characters to short story about them and make a short
story about the children. Reading the book Because of Winn-Dixie, Vocabulary and solving problem.

ideas to share.

4. Teaching (What will you do?) (5 points) Before reading the book I will show the characters of the book,
teaching them to bring storm ideas with the characters, make prediction of the book, ask question.
During the book, making the connection between the reader and the book, understand the characters
making connection and get the point of view of the children After reading the book making questions,
discussion of the books and questions teaching them new vocabulary before during and after read the
book Because of Winn-Dixie.

5. Closure: (2 points) This is an interesting books for children because is an open- ending questions.
Making groups of characters and the children has to guess who is the character to be more involved with
the reading book,
