DIVERSITY

The picture shown the diversity in the classroom where in Diversity can be

conceptualized in a number of ways depending on the context. In terms of our classes,

we define diversity as each student's knowledge brings in our classroom diverse

perspectives, talents and ideas. These variations may be in cultural, cultural, physical,

gender, social, age, capacity, religious or political beliefs or other ideologies. Diversity is

the discovery, inclusion and enrichment in our classrooms of these distinctions. As

educators, we have a duty to ensure that our students are trained to work in a dynamic

community and to work alongside those who offer new viewpoints. When we integrate a

range of viewpoints into our own instruction and give students new ways to look at their

discipline, we train our students for a diverse workforce.

CULTURAL DIVERSITY IN THE CLASSROOM

The image represents the cultural diversity in the classroom where in as we can see there’s a

Muslim in the photo together with the different cultures of students as well as the races. There’s

a black and white learner in the photo. Cultural diversity is about appreciating that culture is

made up of several diverse people with different values, abilities, strengths and talents.

Requirements. That also means that you understand that people in society may have different

religious views and sexual orientations than you. A better understanding between different

cultures, beliefs and life experiences can help make our world more stable, peaceful place and

can help us develop as a society. As future educators we want to support our students with the

safest learning opportunities and interactions we may have. It is both a responsibility and a

passion, and it involves teaching diversity in the classroom. It needs not only the construction of

environments that are physically healthy and comfortable, but also the security and

encouragement of the mental wellbeing of students, making them feel validated, nurtured and

included. As future educators, we should practice equity and diversity in teaching and foster

integration of students. We should all aspire to create culturally diverse and stable environments

that promote, embrace and celebrate our differences.
