1.1 Resistors

Resistors are electronic components that function to inhibit electric current and produce a certain
resistance value. The ability of the resistor to inhibit electric current varies greatly according to the
resistor resistance value. The most widely distributed resistors on the market are resistors with carbon
composition materials and metal films. These resistors are usually cylindrical with circular color band in
the body of the resistor. These color bands are commonly known as resistor codes. Resistors also have
several color codes to determine the resistor value.The main characteristic of the resistor is resistance and
electrical power that can be delivered.Other characteristics include temperature coefficient , noise , and
inductance. Resistors have a certain resistance value that can produce electrical voltage between the two
pins where the voltage value of the resistance is directly proportional to the current flowing, based on
Ohm's law equation.

1.2 Power and Current Measuring Circuit

Wattmeter is a device for measuring electrical power in watts of each load consumed on a circuit.
Wattmeter is used to measure electrical power in AC or DC current loads. The working principle of
wattmeter is to measure the power of the lamp. In wattmeter there are two methods which consist of
direct measurement methods and indirect measurement methods.

1.) Motor can't stop quickly, therefore breaking used break shoes
2.) Function capacitor is fix cos Ҩ, Therefore, capacitor use in Tubelair Lamp.
3.) MCB has trip, therefore connection is disconnect.
4.) Current flow in Motor is very big, therefore do it an experimen block rotor test.
5.) Dynamics break unable to stop the motor total, therefore needed mechanic break.
