    1) If you were to star your own business, what type of business entity will you choose? Why?
    (Minimum of 5 sentences)

    It would be a partnership because there is fewer complexity. Partners can share the
    responsibility of the running of the business. It will also allow us to make the most of our
    capabilities . One of us may bring unique and specialized talent or skill and the other doesn’t
    have, then it is might the worth of the partnership. I think if you have two or more minds
    working together towards the same goal, you can achieve amazingly fast results. It doesn’t
    matter if you have 10% stake in the business or we’re 50/50 partners, we have to work as though
    we own a 100% of the business, we have to put thousand percent of time and effort in every
    single day to become successful entrepreneurs. I believe that we can grow twice as quick, twice
    the profits and we’ve might also have a successful and healthy partnership.
