Learn more about:

 E-Content Team: This team works to have the most updated content/images loaded to StaplesLink.com &
EWay.com. This includes all marketing materials that are available and orderable online.
 IMS: An internal website maintained by the Agency where you can look up SKUs or model #s to find the latest
image for that item.
 4A. SUBMIT CONTENT & IMAGES E-CONTENT to TEAM(S)

 If SKU is orderable on Link/EWay, Email Lisa Butler for all OP/LOB e-content image & content requests for both
platforms.
 Information that should be included:
o Catalog name (short description) (i.e.: Staples® 2010 Mail & Ship Flyer)
o SKU#
o Mfr # (this is the SKU#)
o Unit of Measure
o Price (always $0.00)
o Content (long descriptions, ie the bullets)
o Go live date
o High-res jpeg images of front cover
 Please Note:
On StaplesLink:
o Once catalogs arrive at FCs, the catalog will appear on StaplesLink. The go live date is very important so
that the SKU will be blocked beforehand.
o If go live date changes, Link team needs 24 hours notice to post/pull something from Link.

On EWay:
o Will catalog will not be made live until go live date
o Changes on EWay push on Thursdays and will be reflected on Monday.
o Confirm one week prior to launch date

For consistency, please use the standard bullet hierarchy/language below when providing Lisa with the necessary
content for Link/EWay.

1. Log on to: http://productimages/webims/search/index.php?

searchterm=&searchscope=&searchkind=0&searchcountry=all&perpage=25&currentpage=1

2. You can search by either SKU or S# in the upper right box.

 If you search by SKU, every image in the system will be returned. In nearly every case, the most recent
image (see date below SKU) is the one that should be chosen.

 The S# is the cataloged image that corresponds to the product sku. The below screenshot shows what
returns when S#0280424 is typed in:
