French Omelette- 15 mins recipe!

French Omelette is a delicious egg recipe that you can prepare for your family and friends
anytime. It is an excellent dish for those who love fluffy omelettes. It makes for a perfect
healthy breakfast. A low-calorie recipe, the ingredients of this omelette are almost similar to
the ones that are generally used. However, the only difference lies in the way the eggs are
beaten. Ingredients like butter and black pepper make this dish absolutely marvellous. You
can cook this egg recipe for a delicious brunch or breakfasts. Serve this omelette with a

Ingredients required:

• 3 egg

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 tablespoon milk

• 2 tablespoon butter

• salt as required

Making Steps
• Step 1 Whisk the eggs
First, crack the eggs in a bowl and add in all the ingredients except butter. Keep
beating this mixture, until the amount of this mixture becomes almost double the
size. This is the secret to making it fluffy. Keep whipping it with a fork. Once done,
keep it aside. (Note: You can use an electric beater to beat well the eggs.)
• Step 2 Add the butter
Next, add butter on a frying pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add
the fluffy egg mixture and allow it to set. Let the omelette cook for 5 minutes on low
to medium flame.
• Step 3 Flip the omelette and serve hot!
Now, flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes. When there are
no liquid eggs visible, switch off the flame. Serve on a bed of salad.
