Egg omelette

Ingredients:
 2 or 3 eggs per diner
 2 tablespoons of milk
 Olive oil
 Salt and pepper to taste

Steps to follow:
1. To make a delicious egg omelette, it is important to have a good non-
stick pan, just so that it does not stick and it is delicious.
2. Put a splash of oil in the pan and bring it to medium heat. Meanwhile,
add the eggs to a bowl, add two tablespoons of milk for a fluffier result,
season with salt and pepper to taste and remove until a perfectly
homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Once the oil is hot add the egg to the pan. It will begin to cook when the
edges are slightly cooked.
4. If you like your omelette soft and not overcooked, you can leave it on
the heat for another minute and then fold it in half and remove it.
5. Serve your egg omelette accompanied by bread, ham, turkey or cheese.
A delicious breakfast!
