Congratulations.

You have completed the first week and I want to thank you
for sticking with me. It's your first big milestone, so give yourself a
pat on the back. You're doing great. Let's review what we have covered
in the first module. Change is the process
of becoming different. Change has four
intensity levels: minor, moderate, significant,
and extreme. Transformation is
different from change. It's intentional, profound, radical and it has no
resemblance to the past. One main reason behind
change acceleration in the last 30 years is the
adoption of the internet. Agile transformation is
a process of becoming mentally and
emotionally resilient when dealing with change. Change management theories
emerged to combat low change success rates and natural resistance to change
within organizations. The theory of diffusion of innovation and the
theory of change, explain how would behave
in response to change and outline the path would travel every time
with face change. In the next module, you will begin your
personal journey of transformation into an agile
leader. I'll see you there.
