Membership Procedure!
 
 1.    Dually filled membership form
         2.    Request letter addressed to the Chairman PTEA
         3.    2xPassport size photographs (colored)
         4.    Copy of CNIC
         5.    Copy of NTN Certificate
         6.    Copy of Memorandum & Articles
         7.    Copy of Sales Tax Registration
         8.    Bank Account Maintenance Certificate on Bank Letterhead.
         9.    Signature & Stamp of Proposer & Seconder (Must be Permanent members of PTEA)
        10. Undertaking by Proposer/Seconder on their Company’s Letterhead (Specimen attached).
        11. Details of Machinery installed in the Mills, on Company’s Letter Head.
        12. Demand Draft in favor of PTEA containing;
i)     Admission Fee                  = Rs.  10,000/-                                    
ii)    Annual subscriptions: -    = based on annual export as per below slabs
 
a)    For annual export upto Rs. 100 million                          = Rs.   15,000/-
b)   For annual export above Rs.100 million to 500 million     = Rs.   30,000/-
c)    For annual export above Rs. 500 million to 1 billion        = Rs.   60,000/-
d)    For annual export above Rs. 1 billion to 3 billion            = Rs.  200,000/-
e)    For annual export above Rs. 3 billion to 5 billion            = Rs.  300,000/-
f)     For annual export above Rs. 5 billion                           = Rs.  500,000/-
 
(Annual Export = Direct Export+Indirect Export/Export Related Services)
 
Annual export will be considered as on income tax return filed by the exporter for
preceding year.

 1.    Dually filled membership form

         9.    Signature & Stamp of Proposer & Seconder (Must be Permanent members of PTEA)
        10. Undertaking by Proposer/Seconder on their Company’s Letterhead (Specimen attached).

ii)    Annual subscriptions: -                                = 7500/-

PAKISTAN READYMADE TEXTILE GARMENTS MANUFACTURERS AND

EXPORTERS ASSOCIATION (PREGMEA)
