To provide alternative approaches to conveying concepts for learners whose predominant learning styles are not
being adequately addressed in the classroom;
To provide intervention in the form of tutoring and mentoring in order to address learner performance difficulties;
and
To enrich the learner’s knowledge in the new normal modes of education.
II. Scope
The tutoring program is limited to a minimum of three times a week and two hours a day per learner with the
following subjects: Science, Mathematics and English 7. The minimum contract period for this program is 6 months, if the
client after six months’ wants to end the contract he/she may do so and also he/she can extend the contract to how long
he/she wants to.
IV. Payment
Rate and Payment Method

1. Rate per Hour = Php. 180.00
2. Payment Mode = the Client has the following modes of payment:
Through Gcash;
Smart pera padala;
Any pera padala outlet; and
Cash on hand;
3. Payment Schedule = the Client has the following choices for Payment Schedule:
Weekly Payment;
Every two Weeks; and
Monthly basis;
V. Materials
Expectations (Tutors):
1. Adult tutors will have a background check and the course syllabus (at no cost to the learners).
2. Tutors are committed to tutor in the subject areas in which they are offering assistance.
3. Tutors are committed to show up at the times agreed to/scheduled and will be prepped in methods for successful
tutoring.
4. Tutors give feedback of the performance of learners in order to assist the learners in their appropriate track.
