Rules for the Modular Class

1. Official Platform. The Facebook Messenger will be our official platform for our distance learning.
2. Official Time. Our class schedule is once a week. Please refer to your class schedule.
3. Attendance. Attendance will be checked every 7:00 AM and 12:00 noon through a message
which you will react with a thumbs up.
4. Identification. Change your nickname in this platform using your full name in this format:
SURNAME, FIRST NAME
5. Activities. The activities to be answered will posted in this platform. A template will also be
provided.
6. Submission of Activities. There are only TWO WAYS you can submit your output:
a. Use the template in Microsoft Word to write your answer and submit your digital file
through your group leader. Group leaders will collate the answers and submit them to me.
b. You copy the template in a yellow paper and write your answer. Submit your work to school
though your parent / guardian. No camera shot or image will be sent through the GC.
7. Deadlines. Output should be submitted on or before Saturday of each week.
8. Consultation Time. 9:00 – 10:00 AM and 2:00 – 3:00 PM
9. Consultation.
a. No private messages will be entertained.
b. All questions should be posted in the official platform
c. Questions should be in English.
d. Everyone is encouraged to answer the posted question. That will serve as your recitation /
performance score.
e. If no question is asked, I will be the one to ask the question and I will ask for specific people
to answer my question.
10. Assessment.
a. Questions are posted at the end of each lesson. Answers are provided at the end of the
module. You have to answer the assessment first before you look at the answer, to check
whether you understand the lesson or not.
b. Additional quiz/exam related to our lesson will be provided.
c. In lieu of the periodic tests (Midterm and Final Exams), you have to prepare a portfolio. All
your output, once returned, should be fastened on a neat folder and will be submitted on
November 7 (Midterm) and December 5(Final Term).
