JOB SUMMARY
Lead all ecommerce and performance marketing elements. Besides, responsible for
the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for performance and
follow-up on other platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


- Enhance growth through the planning and execution of end-to-end user purchase
campaigns, retention programs, and other growth initiatives: design experiments,
develop a campaign strategy and promote campaign implementation to completion
- Explore local channels, potential marketing opportunities partnerships
- Defining the requirements, insights, hypotheses and test roadmap and market
priorities for customers
- Develop strategies and tactics to make free users payable
- Data monitoring and reveal areas for improvement to monitor application
performance

 Build highly effective working relationships with key internal and external
stakeholders.
 Execute all marketing activities to agreed budgets, timelines, and objectives.
 Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education level

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing specialization or a related field required.

- Masters of Business Administration, Marketing specialization preferred.

Experience
- Min 5+ years of working experience driving growth through digital performance in
mobile app, product marketing
- Experience in app business, e-health, insurance, e-commerce, fintech, railing is a
plus

Knowledge and skill

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional
partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complete projects moving forward
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns. Expertise in
UI/ UX best practices
- The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing
plans
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, innovative thinker who knows focused execution is
the key to success
- Individual who is creative, accountable and comfortable working independently or
as part of a team.
- Execute appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and
influencing skills.
