Power restoring Procedure of the plant from national grid:

1. Open the earth switch (Q8 of panel AEE 910), if it was closed.
2. Close the line isolator (Q9 of panel AEE 910).
3. Check the three phase voltage in analog meter (Bus Voltage-VB) of panel AEE 910by selecting volt meter
selector switch.
4. Close the line circuit breaker (Q0 of panel AEE 910).
5. Close the incoming circuit breaker of three power transformers in 132KV side ( Q0 of panel AEE 901, Q0 of panel
AEE 902&Q0 of panel AEE 903) one by one.
6. Check the alarm and reset, if necessary.
7. Close the outgoing circuit breaker of three power transformers in 11KV side ( BAO 901, BAO 902&BAO 903) one
by one.
8. Check the alarm and reset, if necessary.
9. Close the circuit breaker of three auxiliary transformers in 11KV side (BAA 901, BAA 902&BAA 903) one by one.
10. Check the alarm and reset, if necessary.
11. Open the circuit breaker of black start generator (Q7).
12. Close the circuit breaker of three auxiliary transformers in 415V side (Q4, Q1, Q2&Q3) one by one.
13. Stop the black start generator (BAG 901) & keep it standby mode.
14. Start the all auxiliariesas requirement of the plant.
15. Start the generators one by one as per NLDC demand as priority basis.
