2 Payment and Delivery

The buyer should pay 20% of the contract value by TfT against the signing of the contract as
2.1 prepayment. The remaining contract value should be paid by Irrevocable Usance UC with 2
Years in favor of the Seller.

2.2 Buyer should open the UC within one month after signing the agreement.

2.3 Paymet Transfer to Kunlun Bank in China.

2.4 The Delivery Time is 45-100 days to Tianjin or Shanghai Seaport after receiving the prepaymet.

3 The above quotation excludes any Bank Guarantee. If the client need it, the cost will be added.

4 The buyer should be responsible for the customs clearances in Iran.
