What 3rd Degree Heart Blockage Has Taught Me

Having a newfound health issue has taught me a lot and has opened my eyes to many things. My
health condition has taught me not to ignore symptoms, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and to stay
positive. The health condition that I have is called 3rd-degree heart blockage. It's very important to
not ignore any symptoms. Symptoms for changes in health can lead anywhere from feeling light-
headed, fatigued, nauseous, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing. When I had these
symptoms, I just ignored them, I didn't think much of it and how serious the problem actually was.
Ensuring a healthy lifestyle is a top priority, there are many things to do to live a long healthy life.
To live a healthy lifestyle there is a list of things to do in a daily routine such as exercising, having a
flexible diet, manage stress, and go to regular checkups with a doctor. It is definitely better late than
never to find out if there is a health concern that needs attention. Even there are no current health
issues or any symptoms, it is still important to check in with a doctor once in a while to make sure
everything is good. The most important thing that I've learned, is that there are some things that
cannot be controlled. It's important to not put all the blame on yourself and feel guilty. Even if there
are specific things to have avoided, maybe it would not have happened. Certain things are just out
of reach and we will truly not have the answers to everything. Having a positive mindset will most
likely give you positive outcomes. I have learned so much these past few months about myself and
how important health is, do not ignore symptoms, ways live a long healthy life, and to always stay
positive. Doing all of these things will lead to a successful happy life.
