Job Description: Digital Strategy Consulting

Requirements Details
This position is a pivotal role for Sutherland’s growth agenda, to provide
Clients with compelling Digital Solutions, competitive pricing and winning
more. The Solution’s MT is responsible in identifying, quantifying and
delivering transformational change across client accounts as part of
developing Solutions. The role should additionally support the

Transformation Roadmap for Large Multi-Tower Deals, in new Geos and
with developing new Micro-Service Offerings within the Vertical to be
able to take to market. The position needs to have a good understanding of
the Customer requirements and internal offerings including digital assets to
be able to stitch the right solutions.
• MBA from premier B schools, with understanding of the BPM space
• Preferably experience of 5+ years in a leadership & strategies role
• Digital experience covering one or more domains: Digital commerce,
Digital strategy, Digital marketing, Content services, Customer
Experience, F&A, digital analytics
• Good listening & interpersonal skills, ability to ask questions and probe
to uncover issues, speak up and challenge status quo

• Major Roles:
• Multi Tower Deals: Working with business & stakeholder groups to
providing solutions and accurate pricing as per clients needs
• Productized Offerings: Develop/Create productized offerings for key
sub-verticals within the assigned vertical based on internal capability
and market opportunity. Create packaged content to represent and
articulate this clearly
Responsibilities
• Digital Transformation: Embed digital solutions on all opportunities to
reduce cost, improve efficiency and to transform clients business needs
via digital tools and solutions

• Support Business Case and Change Management Creation
• Build the mechanisms to identify innovation opportunities
• · Work with clients to present the proposed initiatives and
deployment plans, working with the Client Executive to gain agreement
to proceed
• Work with Sutherland teams to plan and deliver the agreed initiatives
• Ensure that change requests and change control procedures are
correctly followed
• Track initiative performance
• Provide an update to the business and clients on outcomes, values and
experience benefits
• Responsible for the commercial arrangements of any change initiative
are correctly followed, including, accurate invoicing, forecasting or
gainshare agreements

Compensation 20 to 23 Lakhs CTC PA
Role & Full time role with immediate hiring. They will be on “OJT” for one year and
Tentative start will get absorbed in permanent role post assessment after one year. Notice
date. either side will be one month.
