1. How will you make yourself/yourselves effective and disciplinarian teacher/teachers in
your actual scenario?
 A good teacher is never without a good plan for discipline in the classroom. Ask
any teacher and you’ll know that good behavior management can go a long
away. To help with managing student behavior. As a future educator, I will

All students need to be treated with dignity. Even when a student is being disciplined, he
or she needs to retain dignity. Private reminders and conferences with the child will
preserve his or her dignity and yours.
One of the best things to remember concerning disciplining students is that they
win whenever they get you to “lose your cool.” Take your time when students
“push your buttons” and decide carefully on your response. In this way, you will

A good discipline system should also include positive reinforcement for good
behavior. Award certificates, badges, or simple, sincere verbal praise can keep
good behavior on track and build self-esteem.
2. How will you make yourself/yourselves global teacher/teachers?

 The first step in becoming a global teacher is to rethink your definition of


English. Definitions are important because they limit what we do. How do you
define life, for example? As a party? A pilgrimage? A to-do list? A vale of tears?
Each of these definitions will lead you off in a different direction. In the same
way, how you define English determines what you do in your classroom. What is
"English" then? Traditionally, English has been defined as:
1. a linguistic system of pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar
2. a school subject and a topic on university entrance exams
3. a language of "daily conversation" about family, sports and hobbies
4. the mother tongue of English-speaking countries such as the USA and
Britain
3. Why ICT-Literacy is highly recommended for 21 st century teacher/teachers?
 Teacher training institutes can develop their curriculum using ICT. With the help
of ICT Teacher training institutes can develop communication network.
Teachers learn most from their own networks (learning from others) with the
help of ICT. Century as because now teachers only can create a bright future for
students.

4. Does present Pandemic situation gives advantages and disadvantages? Why?


 Yes, it does…
 Advantages:
-People have got enough time to spend their valuable time with all family
members.
-Got some refreshment from boring traffic jam.
-People's skills and creativity have been come out from their inner mind.
 Disadvantages:
Children education hampered, increased domestic violence during lockdown,
mental trauma, anxiety, depression, fear etc.
