 Receptionist : Good evening! How may I help you?

 Yola : Hello! I am Yola Noviyana. I like to make an appointment to see Dr. Santi .
 Recepsionist : Certainly. What seems to be the problem?      
 Yola : I want to do my monthly checkup.
 Recepsionist : I be happy to do that for you. Have you been here before?
 Yola : Yes, I have. My last check-up was month ago.
 Recepsionist : When would you be available to come in to see Dr. Santi ?
 Yola : Any day next week in the evening would be great.         
 Recepsionist : How about the day after tomorrow at 7 pm?
 Yola: That sounds fine. Thank you
