Dear Sirs:

I am formally resigning as President and as a member of the Board of Directors of the

Agency/Corporation effective immediately. The reason for my resignation is because of
my intention of joining and/or being employed in government service, particularly, the
Bureau of Customs.

I am thanking all of you in giving me the opportunity to serve as President for the past
years. I also want to extend my sincerest gratitude for this opportunity given to me to
serve as President for the past years, to which I gained vast experience, knowledge and
happy memories.

I wish EASTWEST SECURITY AGENCY, INC., its Board of Directors, officers and
employees the best in all your present and future endeavors.
