Function#1
Dictate text and speak commands in Windows 10
The best feature in windows are dictation, to talk instead of type on your PC
1. To activate speech recognition in Windows 10, click or tap the Start Menu button
in the lower left-hand corner of the desktop 
2. click the Settings icon

3. Click the Time & language item on the Settings screen

4. When click on time and language such type of window will appear, then click the
Speech item in the left navigation bar. after this, click on speech privacy setting
under Related Settings which is appear on the right top of display

5. This type of display will appear, and turn it on

6. Once it is on, then press Win key + H from your keyboard, open a document,
email, or other file into which you want to dictate. And click on voice and start
talking instead of typing.

 It is one of the best feature of windows 10, it is also a time saving

How to Set Dark Mode in Your Windows
1. Open the Start menu. 
2. Go to Settings, it is located just above the power icon in the start menu.

3. Click on Personalization.
4. Go to the Colors tab.

5. Click on the drop-down menu from the Choose your color tab

6. Switch from Light to Dark to enable Dark mode on Windows 10

7. Select Dark Mode, your Settings app will become turn dark (as well as other
Windows apps)

Custom option (enable both light and Dark Mode), Accent

Colors, and more
1. To customize light and Dark Mode, click on Custom instead of Dark in the above
last step

2. For Windows mode, I have selected Light theme and for App Mode Dark theme.
 Windows mode includes (Start Menu, Taskbar, and other open windows can be
turned light)

 Transparency effects are listed just below the Choose your color option
in the Colors panel. Turning it off means that you’re Windows menus and the
rest of the interface would not be translucent anymore to allow the menus
beneath to cast a shadow.
 Accent color is defined to establish a certain mood or color temperature of
your PC running Windows 10.when you scroll down in the above window, you
will find this type of display. You can either choose from a library of predefined
color palettes or you could select a custom color manually.

 When click on custom color, this type of window will appear and you will
manually select or adjust your chosen color ,after select or adjust color then click
on Done

 The last feature is the Show accent color on the following surfaces menu

which lets you opt for whether or not you want the accent color to be visible in
the Start Menu, Taskbar, Action Center, Title bars, and window borders.

Step Recorder
It is easy to start recording your screen with Steps Recorder
 One amazing yet hidden feature of Windows is its step recorder, an app that
notes your activity once you hit the record button and generates an instruction
page, with text and screenshots, to explain what you did. The following are the
steps that will show you how to record steps in Windows with this amazing app.
1. Click on search bar and write Steps Recorder and click on it.

2. Then such type of window will appear. Click on Start Record, Make sure that you
perform all the steps you want to demonstrate as precisely as possible. Since the
app is recording your every move, make sure that you only do what you want
others to see

3. You can pause or resume the recording or add comments during the process.
 If you want others to know more about something, you can use the comments
feature of the app (skip this if not necessary). Select Add Comment from the
window; this will blur the screen and it will ask you to select the area where you
want other's attention to be focused. Add your comment in the text box.

4. Click Stop Record when you have recorded everything you need.

5. The recorded steps will be displayed. Review the document and click save to save it as a
ZIP file. Once you're done with recording, select Stop Record so that it can generate a
preview for you.

6.  Once you're done checking the preview, select Save to save your work. A dialog box will
open asking you to specify the location where you want the steps to be saved.
