Subject: Submission of Letter of Intent (LoI)

Dear Director,

We, the undersigned, offer to provide the consulting services for “Promoting
Sustainable Consumption and Production in the Fish Processing Sector (MATA
KAIL)” in accordance with your advertisement for short-listing of consulting
firms.

We hereby submitted this proposal and budget for your review and declare the
followings:

a. We are a legal entity duly registered and comply to the taxation

obligation under the Indonesian law.
b. We confirm that there was no involvement by us in preparing the
ToR/RFP.
c. We have read the ToR and understand the scope of services for the
assignment
d. We realise that you require Police Certificates of Good Conduct, which
will be arranged under the preparation of the contract if we are
selected.
