was founded in 2018

GII was set up to help Entrepreneurs and

Investors to navigate business environment and
establish successful businesses in Indonesia.

Mr. Hendry Yatna as the initiator with his
entrepreneurial background,
Mr. Lieutenant General (Retired) Yoedhi Swastono
has an illustrious and powerful military background,
and
Mrs. Rolytha Manullang is a seasoned banker with
deep financial experience.

Mr. Hendry Yatna is an entrepreneur with
various business interests as well as being
active in many non-governmental
organizations.

Graduated from Institut Ilmu Sosial and Ilmu

Politik Jakarta in 2004, he started his working
experience in mining industry, then moving on
to various businesses such as publishing,
telecommunications, construction, IT and
energy.

Besides founding PT. Global Investasindo

Indonesia. Mr. Hendry Yatna also has business
interests in construction, IT and energy trading
businesses. His companies provide the
backbone for GII Group.

 Lieutenant General (retired) Yoedhi Swastono was
the Secretary to the Coordinating Minister for
Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic
Indonesia as his last post prior to his retirement and
has a proven ability in managing ministries,
agencies and state institutions under his supervision.

During his 35-year career in the military, Mr. Yoedhi

Swastono had an unquestioned analytical and
network intelligence, and having equipped with this
strength of Mr. Yoedhi, then joining forces with Mr.
Hendry Yatna and Mrs. Rolytha Manullang, the 3 of
them founded PT. Global Investasindo Indonesia.

Beside his position as President Commissioner of PT.

Global Investasindo Indonesia, Mr. Yoedhi Swastono
is still serving the country and involved actively in
the team at Coordinating Minister for Political,
Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic Indonesia

Mrs. Rolytha has 23 years profesional experience in
banking industry, starting her Corporate Banking career
when she joined PT Bank Nusa Internasional in 1995.

Then for the next 12 years, she grew PT Bank OCBC NISP
Tbk from 1997 to 2009. She was entrusted with increasing
responsibilities starting from Corporate Banking RM, Team
Leader, Unit Head, then when she resigned, her last
position was Investment Banking Division Head. During
this period she has hands-on and abundant experience in
corporate restructuring & financing, M&A, private
placement and other type fund raising & financial product
structuring.

Joining PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia in early 2009, a

subsidiary of ICBC Ltd, China, she was appointed as
Director in January 2012 and was in charge of several
directorates from Business Banking (Corporate,
Commercial and SME Banking) to Card Center, and
supporting Units like Operation Management and
Management Information. She resigned from the bank
and established this company, PT. Global Investasindo
Indonesia together with Mr. Hendry Yatna and Mr. Yoedhi
Swastono, and serve as the President Director.

Mr. Jimmy Akbar graduated from STIE Widya Wiwaha in
Jogjakarta.

He has been a business partner of Mr. Hendry Yatna and

holds several positions in various companies:

2009-2012 PT. Ferindo

2012-2015 PT. Akbar Jaya Lestari

Mr. Adi Permana has 23 years profesional experience in
banking industry, starting his Corporate Banking career
when he joined PT BIRA (Tbk) in 1997 to 1999.

Then for the next 5 years, he joint with Indonesia Bank

Restructuring Agency (IBRA – BPPN) from 1999 to 2004.

From 2004 to 2009 he was joint with CTBC Indonesia with

latest position as Credit Administration Department Head

From 2010 to August 2019 he joint with PT Bank ICBC

Indonesia with various position and the last position as
Loan Operation Department Head

From Sept 2019 to August 2020 he was joint with PT

Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia (PEI) as CEO Advisor

From Sept 2020 until now he joint with PT Global

Investasindo Indonesia

Mr. Dwi Sapto Febriantoko graduated in with bachelor’s
degree in Economics from University of Sussex and
master’s degree in Business Analysis from university of
Leicester.

He started his career as Corporate Banking officer in Bank

Multicor in 1995 and since then has accumulated 23 years
experience in the banking industry with various positions
prior to joining GII in 2020:

2001-2004 PT. Bank Multicor with last position as Credit

and Loan Administration Manager

2004-2011 PT. Bank Mizuho Indonesia with last position as

of Head of Credit Risk Control

2011-2015 PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia with last position as

Head of Credit Review Department

2015-2018 PT. Bank Ganesha Tbk as Director of Credit

2018-Now as faculty member of Universitas Prasetiya
