1st December Worlds AIDS Day Reort

District and Taluka Branch, Mehsana.

In view of the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic, the Gujarat State AIDS Control
Society, Ahmedabad in coordination with the Indian Red Cross Society at
the state level, on the occasion of World AIDS Day in all the districts, under
the National AIDS Control Program. A certificate distribution program was
organized to honor all the facilities in view of the fact that the employees of
all the organizations / units working for HIV / AIDS have been making
continuous efforts for the prevention of HIV / AIDS. Accordingly, on the
occasion of World AIDS Day on 1st December, the program was organized
by the Indian Red Cross Society District and Taluka Branch, Mehsana in
coordination with the District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit, Mehsana.

Honrable, Dr. Anil Nayak (Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Mehsana
District Branch), Dr. Amar Vyas (Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society,
Mehsana Taluka Branch), Dr. B.B Solanki (District TB-HIV Officer,
Mehsana), Dr. K.K Patel (Medical Officer, DTC, Mehsana) was present in
the program and all the institutes / units were honored by giving certificates.

In this program District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit - Mehsana

employees and organizations working in HIV / AIDS program like Chunwal
Gram Vikas Trust, Brahm Samaj Seva Trust, MNP. +, ART Center, ICTC ,
Blood Bank, Swatna Project as well as staff of STI Clinic were present.
