DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE YEAR OF 2019-2021

SUSTAINING ACTIVITIES:

Monthly Meeting:

All members are required to attend the APOACAA monthly meeting held every third
Saturday of each month.

Plan for 2019

May 20, 2019: Medical and Dental Mission

 APOACAA join to the Atimonan One Energy service to the
community at Brgy. Villa Ibaba, Atimonan, Quezon.

July 23, 2019: Blood Letting

 APOACAA join to Rural Health Unit service to the nation at Brgy.
Zone I, Atimonan, Quezon.

August 1&2 / 17, 2019: Atimonan Town Fiesta / Brigada Eskwela

 APOACAA invited different resident chapters and alumni association

to join the parade with different non-government organization.
 APOACAA conduct brigada eskwela together with the SRB at Brgy.
Buhangin, Atimonan, Quezon.

September 15 & 21 2019: Chi & Lambda Delta Chapter Anniversary

 APOACAA participate chapter activity for this occasion.

 Celebrate this occasion with other brothers and sister.
November 23, 2019: Medical and Dental Mission

 APOACAA will join to the Atimonan One Energy service to the

community.

December 16, 2019: International Founding Anniversary

 APOACAA will conduct gift giving and feeding program before the
upcoming international anniversary.
 Participate in the Regional/National Activities.
 Celebrate this occasion with other brothers and sister.

Plan for 2020

February 17, 2020: Foundation Day of Atimonan

 APOACAA will conduct tree planting service and participate for this
event.

March 2, 2020: National Anniversary

 APOACAA will conduct coastal clean-up service before the upcoming

national anniversary.
 Celebrate this occasion with other brothers and sister.

April 25, 2020: Operation Tuli

 APOACAA will conduct service to the community at Brgy. Caridad,

Atimonan, Quezon

May 23, 2020: Medical and Dental Mission

 APOACAA will join to Atimonan One Energy service to the

community.

June 6, 2020: Brigada Eskwela

 APOACAA will conduct brigada eskwela together with the SRB at

Brgy. Buhangin, Atimonan, Quezon.
July 23, 2020: Blood Letting
 APOACAA will conduct service to the community at Rural Health Unit
Brgy. Zone I, Atimonan, Quezon.

August 1&2, 2020: Atimonan Liberation Day Parade

 As a Non-Government Organization (NGO) APOACAA had already
been acknowledge by the local government of Atimonan, Quezon.

October 24, 2020: Medical and Dental Mission

 APOACAA will continue conduct this community service to the people

of Atimonan Quezon.
