Title: Senior Citizens and PWD Members Year-End Evaluation”

Rationale:

To determine the progress and efficiency in the implementation of programs,

projects and activities for the year 2023, the barangay 1-Poblacion is presently planning
to conduct a Year-End Annual Assessment Activity. The said activity will tend to
reflect the results of all the work done for our Senior Citizens and PWDs in
the barangay for the entire year and to have a better plan and performance
for the succeeding years.

Objectives

1. To evaluate the progress and results of implementation of programs and

activities for our elderly and PWDs in the year 2023.
2. To educate the community on the participation and the role of elderlies and
P.W.D members in the community.
3. To create a better plan of action for the succeeding years.
4. To provide avenue where the senior citizens and PWD members are
motivated to achieve a common goal.

ACTIVITIES
 Lecture/Discussion on the different health program and project of the
Department of Health for the members of the Senior Citizen and PWDs.
 Developing self and social enhancement services which provide senior citizens
opportunities for socializing, organizing, creative expression, and self-
improvement

PARTICIPANTS
 Senior Citizens members - 80
 PWD members - 20

SOURCE OF FUND
Barangay Annual Budget 2023 of Barangay 1-Poblacion, Tigbauan, Iloilo on Local
Expenditure Program under Senior Citizen and Person with Disability (SC and PWD) –
Other MOOE amounting to Php 20, 000.00.
