PASS is pleased to submit a proposal for Glovo to serve as a health and safety
consultant in ivory coast. This proposal describes
the OHS consultancy engagement as
well as services, terms, and schedule
for the engagement.
Our OHS Audit is the first-step towards
implementing a system that will meet
Ivory coast OHS local regulations and
preventing work related incidents.

4. Physical inspection of the building and documentation
5. provide a detailed Recommendation Report and Executive
Presentation tailored to your organization
6. Provide training and certificates
7. Establish a Filing System

Moise joined the OHS industry in 2012 after completing his first Safety
management training course (SAMTRAC) at NOSA in south Africa. 2013, He
joined a construction company as Senior safety and health officer, supervising
the construction of the hydroelectric power plant in democratic republic of
Congo for 4 years. In 2017 while managing PASS (Pro-active Safety
Solutions), he was hired by Boart Longyear as Project EHS coordinator for
DRC and Gabon. Moise has numerous international qualifications in OHS
industry like (Public safety and disaster management (florida international
university USA, NEBOSH international General certificate, SAMTRAC,
ISO45001 implementation and audit...)) with experience in providing EHS
support to companies in French west and central Africa in order to meet legal
obligations and preventing incidents.
 Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Sikkim
Manipal university India, Bangkok 2008- 2011)
 (2019-2021): MBA (Operations Management) at Amity University
(India New Delhi) Distance education.
 a. The following section describes the services provided as part of the OHS Consultancy:

1. Facility inspection:

 Provide a monthly checklist to be completed

 Conduct facility inspection and propose corrective actions of the findings
 Conduct general facility measurement like Noise, Lighting, Ventilation, Temperature
Extremes.
 Building Fire conformity
 Report

2. Office Baseline risk assessment

 Develop a risk profile of the company and address all risks

3. Develop an emergency plan.

 Threats: Fire, civil unrest, vehicle accidents, medical emergency, terrorist threats, riots …
 Evacuation plan and procedure
 Emergency drill

4. Alcohol and drug policy

 Alcohol and drug program

5. OHS committee establishment as per law:

 Agenda, minutes and committee structure documents
 Conduct one meeting

6. Health Services:

 Medical surveillance Program (Plan with human resources)

7. Training:
 Training need document and Matrix
 Providing training:
Fire fighting
First aid basics
General safety induction
8. Audit:
Full package ref (quotation)

Audit report and recommendation (fixing documentation side anything requires

fund the client is responsible)
 b. The terms for the engagement are defined as follows:

Length: [6 months]

The Client will be responsible for any expenses incurred during the execution
of the engagement, including travel expenses from Kampala, Uganda---- ivory
coast (flight and visa), accommodation, and consumables.

The client will be invoiced 80% of the full amount after completion of the above
services. The 20% will be invoiced after completion of refresh training within 6
months.

c. Conclusion
Again, we are happy to present this proposal for your review. Upon acceptance
of this proposal, contract between the Provider and the Client can be signed.
