V11 S
It is a cementitious waterproofing compound. Acrylic liquid mix and cement based
powder mix, when mixed in predetermined proportion, provides slurry with good
workability for application of waterproofing.

Uses and Application:

o Water proofing of Roofs, Water tank, Kitchen, Wet areas, swimming pool
Planter boxes etc.
o Good resistance to humidity and temperature.
o Excellent resistance to Chlorides and Alkalies.

Pot Life (After mixing) : 30 – 40 minutes after mixing (temperature 300C);
depends on temperature.

Overall consumption for 3 coat application will be 2.5 – 3 kg / m2. Maximum,

depending on the surface finish.

Standard Compliance :

o BS 6920:2000- Suitability of non metallic products for use in contact with water
intended for human consumption.
o BS 6920: Part 3:2000 – Site applied products high temperature test.
o WRAS Approved – approval number 1307502

Application Procedure :

o Surface shall be clean, free of dust, grease and oil. Dampen the surface prior to
application.
o Take the powder mix in a container and add the liquid mix into it by
continuous mixing using electric mixer to produce lump free homogeneous
slurry.
o Dampen the surface prior to application of V-11S Apply the first coat using a
roller brush in one direction.
