Description

Question- Arpita was an extrovert and worked in marketing. She loved making creative gifts for her
friends and family and one day came up with an idea that maybe others would also want to do so.

She started her company called “Give yourself a gift” where she had people working on making
things they loved like soft toys. Children could come and create their personalised soft toys.

1.) She is looking for employees for her company.

a)What do you think should be the personality characteristics of the candidates which would
suit such a venture?

b)And what are the ways in which she could motivate her employees to give their 100% to the
job.

2.)Additinally, what influenced her decision to open such an organization and was it a
programmed or a non programmed decision?
