Customer Relationships
The next significant driver to be involved is maintaining relations with consumers during the
product life cycle.
For a well-known brand like Coca Cola, advertisement is typically achieved by mass media like
TV, radio since it is sufficient to sustain the consumer base. The Coca-Cola Corporation uses
immersive, colourful ads to draw interest. From 2009 onwards, the company used the "Open
Happiness" tagline and most of the commercials were tagged on it. The customer interaction of
the company, thus, is to make customers happy to support it.

Distribution Channels
The sales channel answers the dilemma of how can you get the importance of the commodity
to the customers? There has to be a means of supplying and marketing the goods. There are
several sales outlets for a multinational brand like Coca Cola, such as malls, cafes, vending
machines and restaurants. Since the brand name is well known, it is convenient to open variety

of distribution networks.
Customer segment
The consumer is the gateway to every kind of company. Identifying customers is thus the first driver to
maintain the market. This encompasses all the people who will be future customers of what we're
selling.
For a well-known Coca Cola company, the consumer category will be larger retail shops, small retail
stores, and restaurants. The more people crowd, the more Coca-Cola sales. Thus, whenever there is a
meeting of individuals, there would be a future client base.
You need to select a precise customer base for your product or service as the first step in your market.
The failure to define the consumer base would impede the longevity of the company, as an initial boost
from marketing strategies would not cause the business to survive..
