A. Total Business Revenue:

All verticals:
1. Incentive pay out quarter wise.

2. 50% of the quarterly earnings will be disbursed on quarterly basis, and remaining
50% earnings of all the quarters after end of the year

B. Focus Products:
 Vascular Access:
 PolySyte; Autofusion; Novocent; Polysafety Adva; Nouvo Protekt; Nouvoflex
Adva; Arterial Cannula; Nouvo Safety Set

 Renal Care:
 Dialyzer

 Transfusion System:
 TBB SAGM (excluding DBB SAGM)

 Diagnostic System:
 Only total business revenue slab applicable

Terms & Conditions:

1. The incentive offer is w.e.f. 01-04- 2019

2. In case any goods are returned, the incentive amount paid earlier for such stocks will
be adjusted in future reimbursements
3. Incentive will be payable only to those employees who will be on pay roll of the
company during the time of disbursement
4. CME / Clinical education initiatives to be completed as per plan.
5. All reports and other data to be submitted on time.
6. All previous announced incentive schemes stand cancelled
7. Management reserves the right to withdraw and amend this offer any time
