Roller inspection user manual
&
Defects recording
Create purchase order
Enter T-code : Me21n
Enter purchase organisation.
Enter purchase group.-p01
Enter company code-1000

Click on
Enter plant-1000
Po Quantity-300
Currency-INR
And save.
Go to MIGO
Enter Tcode
MIGO
GO TO THE T-CODE-ME29N
Click on status release

Click on save.
Go to Migo screen
Enter Po number-3100045
Choose movement type-101

Click on where tab
Plant
Enter storage location

Check the stock type : Quality inspection stock
Go to QA32
Select only inspection lots with out usage Decision. To check pending inspection lots.
click on execute. To display pending inspection lots.

After executing you can find the list of inspection lots.
Check for system status
-all pending inspection lots will be in this status.

After clicking the results tab the operations will display in the below manner.
Double click on the operation as shown above

Enter identification as 1 for results recording.
Double click on the mic

Enter the results in the measured values tab as shown

click on save.
click on this select all tab.
click on force tab to evaluate the results.

Click on accept or reject to evaluate the characteristic.Please do same for all the charecterstics .
After clicking the save button
System will pop up this screen
Please click on the valuation tab to evaluate the operation.The below screen will appear as given
below.
Choose A for accept R for reject as shown above.
Choose mark.After choosing this email will be triggered to the stores department , unit-
1,and unit-2 by saying the first operation has been completed.please do the results recording for
second operation.
Thee email will be sent in the below manner to the in box of uni-1,unit-2 & stores person.
Once completion of the first operation(Dimensional operation or metallaurgical

inspection).Respective unit person go to QA32 choose respective inspection lot as per email
came to inbox double click on results tab.
After double clicking results tab we will get below screen
Choose pending operation and do results recording. Double click on the operation tab
Enter the identification number as 1 or 2 and do the results recording.Double click on the mic
click this tab and select all Mics
click on force tab
After clicking force tab you will get below screen.Accept or reject the charecterstic as per results
entered.
Do the same for all remaining Mics as given below.
After completion the results
click on save button.

Click on valuation button you will get below screen choose A or R as per reults.
click this mark..After clicking this mark automatically email will be triggered to the
Unit-1 , unit-2 & stores department.
After completion of the results recording
Click on the usage decision tab as shown below.
Choose respective ud code as given below.

After choosing the UD code Accept or reject choose the inspection lot stock tab. To post the
stock to respective storage location.
After choosing inspection lot stock tab below screen appears

Put the stock In respective tabs.
click on save.
After saving you will get below information

DEFECTS RECORDING
Go to QA32
Enter from date to date

Plant
Inspection lot origin
Select inspection lots with out usage decision.
click on execute.
Choose the inspection lot as given below.
Click on create defect tab
As shown below.
Choose f4 list of report ty[es will be displayed.


Enter inspection lot number
Report type
And click on enter
You will get below screen

Choose the radio button for which you are going to do defects recording
Choose the defect code group for orbit from F4 as given below.
click on the folder mark.

It will display all the list of defects codes of orbit
click on the check box.
after click on the check box click on copy button.

All the defects codes will be copied it will be shown as given below.
click on save.
Finally system will give the below message.
Go to QA32
Click on refresh button .Now system status will be change as given below for the inspection lot.
How to include copy of inspection results in quality inspection plan:
enter
cclp
choose selecte line irem as shown above. Click on Mic
as given below
You will get below screen
Click on general tab by selecting Mic


Choose origin results as 02 or 04
if your inspection lot has inspection points then you need to choose results origin should be 04.
if your inspection lot does not have any inspection points then your results origin is 02
Note : You need to do like this for all master inspection characteristics then only you can copy the
inspection results.
save the plan.
2.PDI inspection procedure
PDI inspection process flow


Enter material code
Plant-1000
Lnspectio lot origin 89.
choose inspection type z90
later below screen will appear

enter lot quantity enter s here slipnumber and

Enter customer code
cutomer part number
click on save
Go to QA32 for results recording.

Enter dates here
Plant inspection lot origin89
select radio button
select only inspection lots with out a usage decision.
click on execute.
click on results
Do results recording & usage decision.
Note: There will be no stock posting option for pdi lots.
