EZRetail -Introduction
E Z retail as a platform is currently driving the creation of retailer self
ordering platform which is brand independent and open, however it is
also a very closed loop b2b system which can be accessed only with
invites, where only authorized and approved retaiers can transact with
pre-defined company distributors of the brands.

E zRetail is a marketplace which is uniting on one side -


Demand from retailers and wholesalers of goods and on the other
side - The authorized suppliers of the goods in the respective
regions.

This marketplace is not only the order booking system but also is
an engagement platform for the brand and retailers, It not only
takes care of billing, payment and taxation which are easy to use
and are frictionless to adopt, but also EzRetail allows the retailer to
have a direct connection with the brand owners for various
innovative initiatives such as loyalty programs.

And it is something that will give the brand owners the freedom of
choice and flexiblity of allowing them to define and structure the
business terms of trades whether it is about giving the margins or
trade promotions.

Covid-19 has taught us so many things. Among many things, one important ~80% decrease
lesson learnt is to give priority to our health. So during Covid-19, there is a high

demand for essentials like Hand-sanitizers, Handwash, Detergents, Soap, Health

Drinks and many more. During Lockdown, People started hoarding the essential

items. As a result Retailers were facing severe constraints of stock
