Analysis:
Effective Business Communication is essential for success and growth of every
organization. The business relationship is very important between management and
employees. There is a need for interaction and communication between
management and employees. Communication is the process of transmitting
information from one person to another for supporting the organizational work.
When the chain of command is very strong between management and worker, it
will finally help in effective running of the business organization.
Strategies:
We need to increase the exposure of targeted people to blogs, wikis, and other
social networks. The content creators must be completely aware of the issues and
concerns of their audience in order to serve the purpose of their said job.
Furthermore, the organization should focus on creating different groups on these
social networking sites so that employees can share their ideas and knowledge with
each other.
The organization should devise proper ways to collect quality response from their
clients, including paper feedback cards, follow-up emails, review portals, post-
purchase ratings, monitoring social media channels and websites as well.
