social media for improved support of teams in the organization to develop
knowledge bases ,sharing information and ideas as well as supporting the
management of tasks.

Strategies:

Effective use of social media

We need to increase the exposure of targeted people to blogs, wikis, and other
social networks. The content creators must be completely aware of the issues and
concerns of their audience in order to serve the purpose of their said job.
Furthermore, the organization should focus on creating different groups on these
social networking sites so that employees can share their ideas and knowledge with
each other.

Significant feedback portal

The organization should devise proper ways to collect quality response from their
clients, including paper feedback cards, follow-up emails, review portals, post-
purchase ratings, monitoring social media channels and websites as well.

Inter-cultural communication

To overcome cultural barriers the organization should build a productive team

environment by encouraging team employees to minimize their differences and
focus on achieving the company’s strategic goals and make sure to accommodate
the people from different cultural backgrounds by providing them an environment
where they can communicate clearly and freely using simple phrases, avoiding
slang words, visual methods to communicate results and appreciating their cultural
differences. Furthermore, the organization should promote teamwork by
organizing different group activities that will help in minimizing individual
differences.
