Overview of outsourcing:

IT industry of Bangladesh is growing up right now. Youths of this country are the ones who are
changing the lifestyles and viewpoint of our society. Unemployment rate is hitting youths so
hard, outsourcing and freelancing have emerged with the changing outlook on empowering the
youths and making more opportunities. We have some lacking in our education system. Because
of our education system we try to find more stable job and comfortable life rather than hard and
susceptible life. We are scared of taking a decision which is risky. Our economic condition has
some impact on it. But the good thing is that our viewpoint and thinking is changing.

Modern web and Internet access to the most part of the country, chances and opportunities have
grown much than previous. The government of Bangladesh is trying to create skill people
through giving training to them and making them workable instead of sitting idle, making them
competitive and trying to give training to its people. Outsourcing in Bangladesh is now another
grate source of incoming remittance. So, our government needs to care of this sector.
