pipelines, tank & fabrication yard, casting, upgrade, showdown etc.,

through Ultrasonic Testing.
 Cary out the Ultrasonic thickness measurement of pipelines, equipments
and check the raw materials laminations. To visually inspect the job through
Liquid Penetrates Testing & Magnetic Particle Testing and interpret the
result.
 Carry out MT Wet/ Dry method by means Prod / Yoke type for valve bodies
and Welds of T joint fillet joints. Fluorescent method carried out on Station
based Testing of Castings and Forgings.
 Review of all reports and recommendations prior submission to Clients.
 Performed Magnetic particle test on heavy pressure vessels.
 Performed Ultrasonic testing on piping thickness survey of piping.
 Performed Ultrasonic testing on piping and raw material of tubular towers.
