 Reviewing of project related drawings, Scope of work, inspection & test plan (ITP),
checking the materials, Planning & scheduling of inspections as per approved ITP.

 Conduct stage wise inspection as per ITP and prepare the stage wise inspection
reports to get clearance from TPI.
 Review the preliminary WPS as per applicable test code and to carry out the PQR.
 Inspecting joint fit up, includes root face, root gap, bevel angle, weld visual &
dimension accuracy as per ASME codes.
 Monitoring pre heating, post heating, post weld heat treatment (PWHT), PMI
verification, Hardness testing as per isometric.
 Review of NDT reports and sign off by client.
 Perform inspection of piping for leveling & alignment (Verticality & Horizontality) .
 Monitoring of Fabrication the piping spool as per Isometric drawing.
 Utilization of material as per specification and standards (Pipe, fitting, bolts, gasket)
 Monitor and control of the piping spool dimension and orientation as per Isometric.
 Inspection of spool fabrication – alignment, dimension check, material as per drawing,
joint fit up etc.
 Inspection of fabricated pipe spool dimension & orientation as per isometric.
 Inspection of fabricated spool prior to NDE.
 Monitoring the testing (PT/UT/RT/MT) of completeness of spool.
 Responsible to review & check the Test Pack, ITP, RFI.
 Inspection of static equipments, piping and structures etc.
 Witness of hydro test and pneumatic (Air) bubble test at different pressure.
 Inspection of pressure test (hydro test, pneumatic) according to piping class, their test
limit and required pressure along with P & ID and LDT Review the pressure test
package and procedure documents of test conduct.
 Mechanical clearance loop as per P&ID and isometric, punch point.
 Preparing punch list installation check and assure that all joints are exposed for
examination during pressure test.
 Ensure that the exceptional punch list items for Mechanical completion certification
are complete.
 Conduct surveillance of on- going construction activities of NDE task.
 Conduct daily TBT, weekly quality reports.
 Control all the quality and billing documents.( FWV, Spool Erection, Alignment, valve,
Supports, NDT, WQC, Parameters, Measurement sheet , Abstract, TI)
 To prepare Measurement RA-Bill & review.
 Certify the RA-Bill from clients and take the clearance as per required departments
(Mechanical, HSE, HR, Costing, Civil & Electrical).
