ROLES AND RESPONCIBILITIES

 Review EPC Contractors and subcontractors Project Quality Assurance Plan / Specification requirements.
 To carry out inspection and report to QA/QC manager.
 Application of the requirements of codes and standards.
 Parent material identity
 Verification against documentation and markings of correctness of parent material.
 Welding consumables identity.
 Verification of correctness of welding consumables (electrodes, filler wires, consumable inert gases, fluxes etc.).
 Verification that dimensions, fit-up and weld preparations are in accordance with the engineering drawings.
 Preheating, Verification that pre-heat (where required) is in accordance with specified procedures.
 Post welds visual inspection.
 Visual inspection and dimensional check of completed weldment against specification requirements and drawings.
 Welder approvals, Verification that adequate and valid welder approvals are available, and that only approved welders
as required are used in production.

per client requirements), salt test, profile test, dust test, rub test for inorganic paint systems, low and high voltages
holiday test. All test conducting as per required specifications.
 Inspection of Galvanizing as per approved procedure.
 Galvanizing inspection as per ISO & ASTM standards.
 Inspection of Painting as per approved procedure.
 Performing Painting inspection as SSPC, NACE & ISO standards.
 Calibrating internal measuring & inspection instruments as per Quality Assurance Procedure Periodically
 Preparing Final Dossier as per the client’s requirement (Piping systems, structures and field erected tanks).
