Affidavit of Waiver of Rights
WAIVER OF RIGHTS
I] I am no longer interested over the parcel of land, situated in the Barrio of Gusa,
City of Cagayan De Oro, Island of Mindanao, covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-52415 and registered in the name of Leonardo Guivencan married to
Rosalinda B. Guivencan, containing a total area of, more or less, TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (277)) SQUARE METERS and more
particularly described as follows:
II] I hereby voluntarily waive our rights and interests over the above-described parcel
of land, for an act of love, liberality and generosity;
III] I freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, my rights and interests over the
above-cited parcel of land in favour of my father, LEONARDO M.
GUIVENCAN, Filipino and with residence and postal address at No. 27 Gemini
St., Villa Ernesto Subdivision, Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City.
IV] The above-named transferee, hereby accept and receive this waiver made in his
favour, and he expresses appreciation and gratefulness for the love, kindness and
generosity of the transferor;
V] We, Transferor and Transferee hereby affirm that we have voluntarily executed
this instrument out of our own free will, without force, intimidation or violence

from any person present at the time of execution of this presents, nor anything
which somehow may vitiate our individual consent;
VI] I, the transferor, have no more claim or demand against each other regarding the
said property;
VII] I, the transferor, including the transferee herein, are executing this affidavit with
full knowledge of the consequences thereof, and for any legal purpose this
affidavit may serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands on this ___ day of
______ 2016, at Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines.
