WAIVER OF RIGHTS OVER AN UNREGISTERED

PARCEL OF LAND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Waiver/Transfer of Rights of a Portion of Unregistered Land has been executed by


and between: Spouses NEMESIO POCSOEN and EMMA POCSOEN, of legal ages, Filipino
citizens and residents of Cayan East, Tadian, Mountain Province, Philippines, herein referred to
as the WAIVOR/TRANSFERROR;

-and-

CONCHITA M. PANGOG, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of
FA-249, Km 4, Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, herein referred to as the
WAIVEE/TRANSFERREE.

WITNESSETH:

That the WAIVORS/TRANSFERRORS are the owner of a parcel of unregistered land


located at Kayan West, Tadian, Mountain Province, Philippines, embraced and covered by
Assessment of Real Property (ARP) No. 30077 with a total land area of Twenty-Five Thousand
Eight Hundred Twenty –Nine (2.5829) Square Meters, more or less, embraced and covered by Tax
Declaration No. 30077 which is more particularly described as follows to wit:

East: A. Pespes West: D. Patil-ao, Sr.

-in favor of-

CONCHITA M. PANGOG, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of
FA-249, Km 4, Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, herein referred to as the
WAIVEE/TRANSFERREE.

That the Waivor/Transferor, Spouses NEMESIO and EMMA POCSOEN, waive and
transfer their undivided share with an area of Twenty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty–Nine
(2.5829) Square Meters, more or less, in favor of the above-named WAIVEE/TRANSFERREE,
Conchita M. Pangog in consideration of her services she has rendered ;

That of the total land area as above-described shall be deducted and exempted a portion of
FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less, which is hereby allotted apportioned
in favor of CARNO POKSOEN and that area which is occupied and possessed by the church
building constructed within said parcel of land including the area donated as Relocation Site for
Brgy. Kayan residents which are hereby deducted and removed from the said total land area as
declared in the name of Nemesio Pocsoen. Otherwise stated, the remaining land area after
deducting and removing those portions which are allotted to Carno G. Poksoen, the church
building, and the Relocation Site is the area subject and covered by this Waiver/Transfer of Rights.
