Problem 1. Calculate lA , the heat of adsorption for lysozyme adsorbing onto glass from the
data in the two isotherms below. Data were collected at two different temperatures, 25 oC and 30

Method 1. Pick a QA common to both isotherms as in the green arrows above; thus yielding two
different bulk protein concentrations.
