Currency, to me paid in hand by

Filipino, married to MARVIN VINCENT SALINO GRINDLE, of legal age, with residence
and post-office address at Brgy. Moto, Municipality of San Dionisio, Province of Iloilo,

do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto to said MA.
LILIA JULITA PEDELLUME GRINDLE his/her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land,
together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Brgy. Moto, Municipality of San
Dionisio, Province of Iloilo, and more particularly described as follows:
