 Leadership style of Madam Thao are Leading leader and Democratic
- Leading leader is the one who set high goals, and requires his team to finish
quickly in the right direction.
- Democratic leaders listen to the opinions of all employees, but will still be
the final decision maker.
 In terms of strategic vision, it can be seen that Vietjet Air's leadership team is
quite agile in taking advantage of opportunities in the growth of the domestic
aviation industry as people's income is improving. In particular, they focus on
the low-cost segment to suit the majority of users' capabilities, as well as
avoiding the risk of confronting Vietnam Airlines directly.

1. Motivational environment.
On March 26, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietjet has been honored with the “Top 100
Best Workers in Vietnam in 2017” in the last four years.
Employees are divided according to many ranks but each individual will work as
instructed partner, task division, and especially decision-making and working
independently. Each department acts as a separate group under the leadership of
the leader. The relationship between Vietjet's employees is a partner. In the process
of working, employees can actively support each other. They can freely express
their opinions and opinions on all matters, big or small. Vietjet Air has created a
link to shorten the gap between employees and employees and between employees

2. Effectiveness of organizational communication.


2.1. Internal communication (within the enterprise):
Internal communication is the communication of information between members or
between departments in an organization or business. Simply stated, internal
communication is the communication between the employees themselves and the
Board of Directors and between the board of directors and shareholders. This
process occurs at all levels, units in organizations and businesses.
At Vietjet Air, internal communication is part of human resource management and
personal campaigns. In order to get a dynamic, booming VJ during the past 10
years, it was partly due to the effectiveness of internal communication. Vietjet Air
owns a large number of employees at its headquarters in Vietnam and Thailand, so
the HR management department always improves the relationship between all
employees. Leaders for employees see them appreciate their employees. They
praise employees' success, listen to what they say and encourage them to share
ideas, review their ideas and proposals in an open and honest way. Any employee
who works with openness and honesty will build more trust and support from other
members of his team.
In addition, VJ staff often use online communication tools to exchange
information. People often exchange information, work or chat on social
networking sites such as Facebook, Viber, Skype, ... If the business has many
parts, an internal event will be a good opportunity for employees. interact with
each other. Each activity block usually holds a party, a trip or simply invites people
to eat after work. People will be alert and afraid to talk to their boss or leaders. The
head of the department is the one who always tries to understand the employees'
thoughts, so they always create overtime activities to give members comfort,
confidence, and communication, ignoring obstacles about the rank of team
members.
Vietjet Air not only helps to promote a creative and dynamic working environment
but also helps employees better understand themselves, their love for work and
how they can make their work best, most perfect.

2.2. Communication outside the Enterprise:


External communication is to promote images, brands, or products and services
that are close to the public. Besides, outside information also wants to build close
relationships between businesses and customers. Communication often uses mass
media such as television, newspapers, signs, leaflets, catalogs, brochures, ... Many
of VJ's Marketing strategies have positively affected the community such as
charitable activities from the group and the presence of Madam Nguyen Thi
Phuong Thao. Activities are regularly taken to disadvantaged locations.
On May 1st, 2017 – the International Worker’s Day, Vietjet delegation led by
CEO Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao visited Da Nang SOS Children’s Village.
 On February 18th, 2017, the leaders of Vietjet visited and gave gifts to 100
children of the Nghe An children protection fund in the program “Warm
Spring – Spread Lovely Wings” in Vinh City.
