1. Pre Activity and Activity

1. Hand washing
2. Prepare medication from the ampule vial to syringe 3cc
3. Insert the drug from the ampule vial into the injection without a needle
4. Greeting to patient
5. Introduce self
6. Ask the patient’s name or Check ID bracelet patient’s
7. Roll shirt sleeve patient
8. Clean the area you want to inject with alcohol by rotate
9. Prepare plaster
10. Prepare cotton balls
11. Prepare the syringe
12. Inject the medication using 90 derajat
13. Prepare the cotton balls for disinfection
14. Finally plaster the cotton
